Corporate Meetings

Corporate meetings don’t have to take place in a hotel ballroom or conference facility.

Garden Theatre offers a unique meeting location for Central Florida businesses. The 295-seat theatre is ideal for corporate presentations, conferences, training seminars, weekday retreats, and more!

All you have to bring is a thumb drive!

Everything you need for your presentation is included in your rental fee. We do not charge extra for a projector, screen, or sound system.

Available equipment includes:

  • 12’ x 24’ on-stage screen
  • 1080 HD digital projector 
  • Handheld wireless microphones
  • Lavalier wireless microphones
  • High-speed Internet
  • Lectern

Flexible Add-Ons

Need a smaller space for board or committee meetings?

Option 1: Garden Theatre’s rehearsal space seats 20 and features a wall-mounted HD TV, sound system, and a kitchenette.

Option 2: Access to the 3,500 square foot Roper Co-Op Ballroom is available at an additional cost. Please visit or contact info@ropergardenbuilding.com  or call (407) 656-6642  for more information.

Concessions and ticketing options may also be available for an additional fee.


Central Location

Garden Theatre is located in downtown Winter Garden. Free parking is available in the parking garage behind the theatre. The theatre is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and other businesses that are perfect for a post-meeting treat.

Screenings

The Garden Theatre makes it easy to host your private or public film premiere. With our 12’x24′ movie screen and Blu-ray digital projector, your guests will be blown away by the quality and professionalism of your event. Screenings start at $600.

Weddings

The unique setting of an atmospheric theatre will make your wedding day better than you ever imagined. With Romeo and Juliet balconies, twinkling stars in the ceiling, and full multi-media capabilities, the Garden Theatre is the perfect location to make the life-long commitment with the one you love. Our $1,200 package includes audio and lighting equipment rental, plus your name on our historic marquee.
