Please complete the request form below a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to your event. Requests are processed within 5 business days.

Due to the heavy volume of donation requests, we regret we are unable to accept walk-up, phone, or e-mail requests or communication regarding requests or inquiries. To qualify for a ticket donation:

• The organization must be a registered not-for-profit located in the state of Florida.
• Garden Theatre cannot donate to organizations with fundraisers for political purposes or to organizations with religious affiliations that could jeopardize our not-for-profit status. 
• Garden Theatre can only donate to your organization once per season.
• Requests must be made directly by/from the eligible organization or by an individual serving in an official capacity at that organization (on a host committee, etc.)

Garden Theatre has the right to void out any ticket donation requests that are in violation of our policies. In addition, Garden Theatre can only approve a limited number of ticket donation requests each season. We apologize if your request can not be fulfilled.
